Cherokee Bake Shop
The Cherokee Bake Shop is in the heart of Cherokee Street. Our building is the historic Vandora building which holds a rich history. Each shift is 3 hours on Saturdays. As a volunteer, you will ring up product sales made by our formerly homeless Bakers and engage with the community in discussions of poverty, homelessness, and social justice.
Some tasks may include:
Greeting and serving customers
Making coffee
Ringing up orders
Handling money
Light cleaning
Standing, sitting, reaching, bending over
